AI-Agents for Version Control in Consumer Packaged Goods working with Smartsheet

Verify asset versions, file agreements, attach briefs. Every one is ready to run, and you can adjust it in plain language.

Keep reviewers aware of changes to a proof before they act on a decision. Your task shows the mismatch and asks for confirmation.

Your proof tasks show who decided, which file version they reviewed, and who takes the next step.

Your reviewers find campaign drafts right on their review tasks. A comment shows which version came from email.

Your review tasks show the current image revision and reviewer due date, so the next handoff is clear.

Your team gets a clear review packet on the task, or a visible note about what the proof still needs before a reviewer can act.

Your creator gets the reviewer's requested changes and current draft together, so they can start the next revision without chasing files.
