AI-Agents for Campaign Review in Publishing working with Asana

Pair drafts with briefs, open review tasks, pass on decisions. Every one is ready to run, and you can adjust it in plain language.

Your publisher can see the review decision on the scheduled entry, with a link to the approval task before taking action.

Your reviewers can decide on the intended creative file. The Agent flags outdated versions and asks the owner for the current one.

Your review card shows when feedback names an older PDF. You can resolve the mismatch while the card stays in review.

Your review tasks show the current image revision and reviewer due date, so the next handoff is clear.

Your coordinator gets both revision links in chat when the task and current proof differ, with the task held for a human choice.
