Task Tracking AI-Agents for Graphic Designers in Consumer Packaged Goods working with Notion

Close signed tasks, open follow-ups, carry revision notes. Every one is ready to run, and you can adjust it in plain language.

Your proof cards show what reviewers need before brand review. Your team sees the current proof and any details still missing.

Your card owner sees a missing review deadline on the campaign card before anyone asks the reviewer to weigh in.

Your revised proof cards return to review with the new version named and the next reviewer due date easy to find.

Your reviewers get a clear task for the current proof. They know what decision to make and when it is due.

Your team gets a clear review packet on the task, or a visible note about what the proof still needs before a reviewer can act.

Your maker gets the fixes in the review task, tied to the PDF version your reviewer marked up.

Your review-ready campaign assets have a clear next step when the task owner has not said what reviewers need to decide.
