Task Tracking AI-Agents for Creative Operations Managers in Graphic Design working with monday.com

Close signed tasks, open follow-ups, carry revision notes. Every one is ready to run, and you can adjust it in plain language.

Your designer gets the changes reviewers requested, tied to the rejected file version, with a link back to the approval.

Your campaign owners see a blocker on the task when an asset reaches Ready for review without a named reviewer.

Your reviewer gets the current asset with a clear request, and your campaign task keeps the handoff in view.

Your team gets a clear review packet on the task, or a visible note about what the proof still needs before a reviewer can act.

Your review-ready campaign assets have a clear next step when the task owner has not said what reviewers need to decide.

Your creator gets the reviewer's requested changes and current draft together, so they can start the next revision without chasing files.
