Version Control AI-Agents for Campaign Coordinators in Retail working with Smartsheet

Verify asset versions, file agreements, attach briefs. Every one is ready to run, and you can adjust it in plain language.

Your reviewers see the brief beside the asset, with the brand decision they need to make clearly stated.

Your campaign team finds the file in the launch folder after review, without a lead chasing down the handoff.

Your reviewers see the current asset file in their task, or a clear request to fix a stale link before review.

Your reviewers find campaign drafts right on their review tasks. A comment shows which version came from email.

Your creator gets the reviewer's requested changes and current draft together, so they can start the next revision without chasing files.
