Close signed tasks, open follow-ups, carry revision notes. Every one is ready to run, and you can adjust it in plain language.

Send the current asset with a clear review question and deadline.

Your reviewer gets the current asset with a clear request, and your campaign task keeps the handoff in view.

Send campaign artwork back for revision with your review notes.

Rejected campaign drafts go back to their creators with the reviewer's feedback on the card, so your team knows what to revise next.

Send requested artwork changes to the assigned designer in a linked task.

Creators get a linked revision task with review feedback, so your campaign lead can keep work moving without chasing handoffs.

Turn requested creative changes into subtasks for the asset creator.

Your campaign team gets a clear revision task when a reviewer requests changes, with the feedback and current asset linked for the creator.
