AI-Agents for Creative Operations in Version Control in Publishing

Verify asset versions, file agreements, attach briefs. Every one is ready to run, and you can adjust it in plain language.

Send both proof links to the coordinator and hold the review.

Your coordinator gets both revision links in chat when the task and current proof differ, with the task held for a human choice.

Mark the current proof version and reviewer due date on review tasks.

Your review tasks show the current image revision and reviewer due date, so the next handoff is clear.

Mark comments on outdated PDFs and hold the review card.

Your review card shows when feedback names an older PDF. You can resolve the mismatch while the card stays in review.

Pin the verified proof revision and link on the review card.

Your review card shows the current proof revision and its file link, so makers and reviewers know which version needs attention.

Flag old assets in approval rounds and request current files.

Your reviewers can decide on the intended creative file. The Agent flags outdated versions and asks the owner for the current one.
