AI-Agents for Creative Production Coordinators in Design in Retail working with Trello

Trello is a team collaboration tool that lets you organize anything and everything to keep your projects on task.

List due visual asset reviews and their next owners for launch.

Your launch team sees reviews due soon, what is blocked, and who needs to act next, together in chat before the launch window.

Send ready campaign visuals to reviewers with a clear question.

Your named reviewer gets the asset and question in chat when your campaign task is ready for review.

Escalate pending asset reviews before launch deadlines.

Your brand lead gets the file and launch deadline in a private alert while the pending approval carries the escalation.

Hand rejected artwork back to its creator with the review notes.

Creators get a linked revision task with review feedback, so your campaign lead can keep work moving without chasing handoffs.

Ask for the reviewer decision before campaign artwork moves ahead.

Your review-ready campaign assets have a clear next step when the task owner has not said what reviewers need to decide.
