Set your rules
  • Choose the sales deal fields for merge status, the ordered list of PDF links, the merged PDF link, and a blocker note.
  • Connect the shared file folder, choose where merged PDFs go, and give the Agent access to every source PDF and permission to save and share the result.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about the Merge Proposal PDFs:

Can I choose the order of the PDFs?

Yes. List the proposal and supporting PDF links on the deal in your preferred order. The Agent keeps that order and preserves each file's page order.

What happens if a linked PDF cannot be merged?

You'll see the problem link in a blocker note on the deal. Your team can fix the link or PDF before trying again. The Agent won't publish a partial packet.

Will a retry create another packet?

A completed deal link stops a second PDF. If the upload succeeded but the deal update failed, the Agent uses the deal ID in the filename to find the file and retry the link.

What do I need to set up?

Choose the deal fields for status, PDF links, and the result. Choose a shared account folder and give the Agent access to the source PDFs.

What happens when the Agent is unsure?

It stops and asks you. The Agent does not guess when it reaches a decision you have not approved.

Can I review its work?

Yes. Every run creates a plain-language log that you can review and export. Logs are kept for twelve months.

What happens if I cancel?

The Agent stops at the end of the billing month and its tool connections are removed. Your run logs remain available for twelve months.
