AI-Agents for Project Management in Approvals working with Dropbox

Check requests, surface missing proof, chase decisions. Every one is ready to run, and you can adjust it in plain language.

Email the current proof to its reviewer and record the version sent.

Your reviewer gets the current image or PDF and a clear question. Your review card shows which revision you sent.

Attach current project files to approval packets for review.

Your internal reviewer sees current packet files alongside the form answers, while your team can resolve missing files before sign-off.

Keep the approval task tied to the verified proof revision.

Your reviewer sees the current image or PDF proof link and revision on the task before deciding.

Update campaign review cards with the latest draft link.

Your campaign team finds the current draft on its review card, with a version note to make the handoff clear.

Post reviewer access checks on proof tasks ahead of due dates.

Your approval task shows whether the reviewer can open the current proof before the due date, with a request for a corrected link when needed.

Flag proof decisions when the linked file has changed.

Keep reviewers aware of changes to a proof before they act on a decision. Your task shows the mismatch and asks for confirmation.

Show proof access gaps on review cards before assignment.

Your review cards show whether outside reviewers can open the current proof, so access gaps surface before work reaches them.
