Agents help advertising and marketing firms keep client campaigns moving while making more room for creative work.

Flag design files still awaiting review as launch approaches.

Your brand lead gets the file and launch deadline in a private alert while the pending approval carries the escalation.

Show the approved brief with designs awaiting review.

Your reviewers see the brief beside the asset, with the brand decision they need to make clearly stated.

Attach the current design draft to its brand review task.

Your brand reviewer gets the current campaign draft and the decision needed together on the review task.

Put reviewer changes beside the exact file version to revise.

Your designer gets the changes reviewers requested, tied to the rejected file version, with a link back to the approval.

Your reviewers can decide on the intended creative file. The Agent flags outdated versions and asks the owner for the current one.
