How Build Social Media Calendar works

4 steps, in order, on every run.

  1. Gather Campaign PostsRead the ready campaign card and related post tasks and artwork. Collect their matching IDs and artwork links.
  2. Check Calendar SpaceRead existing entries in the publishing window. Find duplicate posts and dates already occupied on each channel.
  3. Match Artwork and DatesPair posts with approved artwork by post ID. Choose open dates within your rules. Hold unclear matches and conflicts for review.
  4. Create Review EntriesAdd or update dated entries with artwork and owner links. Include the source task and flag manual date conflicts for review.

Set your rules
  • Choose the campaign board and its Ready for Calendar list. Give each campaign card a campaign ID and publishing window; give its post-task and artwork cards the same campaign ID and matching post IDs.
  • On each post-task card, provide the channel, planned copy or topic, assigned owner, and a link to that owner's profile. Mark approved artwork cards with the agreed approval label and attach or link the final artwork.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about the Build Social Media Calendar:

What do I need to set up first?

What happens when a post has no approved artwork?

Your marketing lead sees the missing artwork in the run report. The post stays off the dated calendar.

Will it overwrite a date my team changed?

Can I review its work?

What happens if I cancel?

The Agent stops at the end of the billing month and its tool connections are removed. Your run logs remain available for twelve months.
